Vaccination Information

Holland College requires mandatory full vaccination of all staff, faculty, and students by Friday, October 15.

Exemptions to mandatory vaccination will be granted for medical, religious, or cultural reasons only. Those who are exempt will be tested weekly and will be required to wear masks at all times when they are in a Holland College location.

Effective Friday, September 17, all individuals, regardless of vaccination status, MUST wear a non-medical mask or face covering when physical distancing of 3 meters (6 feet) cannot be realized.

Vaccination Declaration

If you have received two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine, and 14 days have passed since your second dose, or 14 will have passed by October 15, you are considered fully vaccinated. Follow this link to complete the confidential online declaration of your current COVID-19 vaccine status.
