The Atlantic Police Academy has developed this unique 10 day course to meet the needs of both newly appointed and experiences NCO's. This critical leadership and supervisory course will provide the skills that build confidence and equip police leaders with a variety tools to boost individual and team performance challenges. The course is fast paced and presented through lecture, videos, discussion and numerous practical exercises. Participants will come away with an understanding of the critical role that leadership plays in today's policing environment, as well as, a series of hands on skills that can immediately be used to better motivate and manage subordinates.
