Job Description

Assist chef with menu development, preparation of food, assist with organizing kitchen and schedule. Inventory food and maintain safe food storage and rotation of stock.

Qualifications

Kitchen/restaurant experience or education. Ability to work well in a team environment. Creativity with food and organization skills.

Room and board included with hourly wage. Located overlooking the Bay of Chaleur surrounded by beautiful scenery and nature. Located in a small community serving a larger area of guests from Bathurst to Campbellton. Property is 10 acres with cottages and rooms. An opportunity to practice skills and gain experience.
