Job Description

Assist chef with menu development, preparation of food, assist with organizing kitchen and schedule. Inventory food and maintain safe food storage and rotation of stock.

Qualifications

Kitchen/restaurant experience or education. Ability to work well in a team environment. Creativity with food and organization skills.

Other

Room and board included with hourly wage. Located overlooking the Bay of Chaleur surrounded by beautiful scenery and nature. Located in a small community serving a larger area of guests from Bathurst to Campbellton. Property is 10 acres with cottages and rooms. An opportunity to practice skills and gain experience. Family owned and operated business with high standard of good quality food and creative menu.
