Job Description

The Accounting Clerk provides support to the Finance functions of the Company which include:

  1. Accounts Payable
  2. 2. Accounts Receivable - energy and non-energy billings
  3. Payroll
  4. 4. Payment Processing
  5. 5. Purchasing/Materials Requisition Secondary

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Provide analytical and support services for data collection and analysis from billing and financial systems to support various regulatory requirements.
  2. Provide financial and billing research assistance to finance management and to other departments.
  3. Assist in audit and verification of process changes as a result of technological changes.
  4. Contributes to the department by performing other related duties as required.

Qualifications

Qualifications: Diploma or working towards diploma with related courses in accounting/payroll and business administration or equivalent experience.
