How to obtain or activate a Holl Pass
Registered students and current employees can obtain a Holl Pass granting door access to the relevant campuses and buildings.
Unexpired Holl Pass or Key Fob Holders
To renew your Holl Pass door access, please send the following information to hollpassdooraccess@hollandcollege.com.
- Name
- ID Number
- Card Number (10-digits on reverse of card) or Key Fob Number
- Program Name
- Campus
- Cell Number (for contact tracing)
- Confirmation that you have reviewed the COVID-19 Ease-Back plan Phase 3 (R2) orientation. To view the orientation, click here.
You will receive an email confirming your Holl Pass door access has been updated and is ready to use.
Replace an Expired Holl Pass
Please email hollpassphoto@hollandcollege.com with the information listed above, and either a new photo or confirmation that your appearance hasn't significantly changed, meaning the current photo of you may be re-used.
Lost or Damaged Holl Passes
Please email the information listed above along with a message that confirms that you accept the $20 replacement fee, which is due when you collect your Holl Pass.
No Holl Pass
To request a Holl Pass, please send the following information to hollpassphoto@hollandcollege.com

- Name
- ID Number
- Program Name
- Campus or Centre
- Cell number (for contact tracing)

You will receive an email when your Holl Pass is ready for collection. To pick up your Holl Pass, you will need to call the office on arrival to be met at the door. The Holl Pass office phone number, address, and opening hours will be included in the email you receive.
