We have a two-bedroom cottage/house for sale by tender.

The 1,144 sq.-ft. cottage/house was built by students in our Carpentry, Plumbing, and Electrical programs. All plumbing and wiring comply with provincial standards.

Tender forms must be used. Download the 2022 Tender Form.Tender forms are also available on-site or through Holland College Purchasing at 902.629.4265. A bank draft or certified cheque for 10% of your tender must accompany the tender. HST will apply. 

CLOSING The closing date for tenders is Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 11 am. 

REMOVAL
The cottage must be removed by Monday, August 15th, 2022 unless approval is granted for an extension.
