Dining Through the Decades features a five-course menu that explores the food trends of the past 50 years with a delicious menu developed by Chef Sean Burton, along with Chef Hans Anderegg, Chef Stephen Hunter, Chef Andrew Morrison, Chef Christian Marchsteiner, and Chef Ilona Daniel.
Guests will be greeted at 6 p.m. with a 1969-themed reception followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m.
The five dinner courses will feature dishes from the ‘70s, ‘80s, ‘90s, 2000s, and 2010s. Students from the School of Performing Arts Music Performance program will play a selection of music related to the decade featured in each course.
In addition to celebrating the college’s 50th anniversary, Dining Through the Decades is a fundraiser for the Holland College Foundation’s Golden Anniversary Endowment Fund, which aims to raise $50,000 to support student success, primarily through financial aid.
