The International Hospitality Management program at The Culinary Institute of Canada is once again hosting their annual gala dinner fundraiser on April 18, 2019, in support of their annual educational study tour to Mexico.
Second-year students have been organizing the event and preparing the mouthwatering cuisine, under the guidance of Chef Erin Henry. This year's theme is International Food Fair and will offer guests the opportunity to taste dishes inspired by our 7 Continents.
Reception begins at 6 pm with a Latin trio from The School of Performing Arts, hors d'oeuvres, cash bar, and Dinner starting before 7 pm. A photographer will capture your treasured moments forever.
Tickets are $50.00 inclusive.
Tickets can be reserved with payment by cash, Cheque (made out to The Culinary Institute of Canada) or e-transfer to email@example.com. You will receive a confirmation email that tickets are reserved and paid.
