Description: Two Culinary Arts awards are presented annually to recognize student achievement in one or more of the following areas of training: Patisserie, Saucier, Garde-Manager and Kitchen Management.
Criteria: Must be a full time, first year Culinary Arts student. Selection will be based upon the students' performance over the first year of the training program.
