Orange Knights Motorcycle Club - PEI Service Award

Description: The Orange Knights of PEI (OKMC) is the first Canadian chapter of an organization that originated in Australia. The group is a social motorcycle club formed by Emergency Service volunteers and employees (active or retired). The group aims to promote social interaction among emergency service members through motorcycling, sporting, and other social activities, as well as promote safety and awareness of motorcyclists and other road users to reduce road trauma. The Orange knights are also involved in charitable events throughout the community. Their motto is COMMUNITAS SERVIAMUS (We serve the community).

Criteria: Applicants must be accepted into the first year of the Primary Care Paramedicine program or the Advanced Care Paramedicine program. Financial need as well as evidence of community service will be considered. Students must apply for the award. Applications to include a completed Application Form including the Financial Information section. Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee appointed by the College Registrar.
