Description: Beaton's Wholesale Dry Goods established this award in April 2013. One $500 award will be offered annually.
Criteria: This award will be given annually to a student who portrays professionalism and pride in the culinary uniform and stands out as an example to other students in this regard. Recipients must be students in Culinary Arts or Pastry Arts who are in good academic standing. This award is selected based on nominations from faculty and staff at the Tourism and Culinary Centre. Nominations will be reviewed by a Selection Committee appointed by the College Registrar. Students are not to apply for this award.
